We breed and raise quality Nigerian Dwarf dual-registered goats with a focus on great milk lines while adhering to breed standards.

We also have a number of pet goats because someone needed a companion or that we retained because we couldn’t part with them.

Located in Charlotte County, Virginia, the Durkin Family Farm is an adventure that we began in 2016.

It is our hope that what we are building would have made the late Dick and Pat Durkin proud, and that someday we can pass this venture onto our children.

Our goal is small: to become as self-sustainable as possible, to stop working just to live, and live the life we dreamed while we’re still young enough to till the land.
